Cancelled Flights Due to Typhoon Carina
As of July 23, 2024; 7:00 PM
Due to the impact of Typhoon Carina (International Name: Gaemi) on flight operations, Cebu Pacific has cancelled the following flights on July 23:
• DG6031/6032 - Manila – San Jose – Manila
• DG6113/6114 - Manila – Naga – Manila
• DG6055/6056 - Manila – Busuanga - Manila
• DG6117/6118 Manila – Naga - Manila
• DG6047/6048 Manila – Busuanga – Manila
• DG6051/6052 Manila – Busuanga – Manila
• DG6066/6067 Cebu – Busuanga - Cebu
• 5J773/774 Manila – Pagadian - Manila
• 5J504/505 Manila – Tuguegarao - Manila
• 5J1544/1545 Manila – Laoag - Manila
• 5J506/507 - Manila – Tuguegarao - Manila
Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:
1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.
CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights scheduled up to July 24, 2024. They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.
