Metro Manila: 7 days delivery.
Same day delivery possible within Metro Manila if you place order before 1:00pm (Philippine time). Order received after 1:00pm, will be delivered next day unless delivery date is specified. Same day or next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department. Appliances, Furniture, some decorated cakes, and some other items require additional delivery charge & delivery time.
Provinces: Delivery every day except Sundays.
Order received before 12:00 noon (Philippine time), next day delivery is guaranteed unless delivery date is specified.. Otherwise, it will deliver after 1 day.
Next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department. Appliances, Furniture, and some other items require additional delivery charge & delivery time.
For selected remote/far areas with no direct flights:
Mindanao/Southern Visayas area (Southern part of Philippines) - please always allow 2-3 days shipping time.
If you place your order after cut off time for Valentine's Day delivery, we will still process your order and deliver as fast as possible under queue basis.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the Philippines. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
