However, the demands of those who have gone to the site to avail of its use, made the owners decide to open it for rent, but on a very limited basis. In fact, guests are carefully chosen. The owners require prospective clients to initially visit the site. This way, clients would have a feel of the p
lace before parting with their money. If clients are disappointed, the owners will be twice disappointed for not living up to their desired comfort and satisfaction. Balay gives a barrio atmosphere as it is situated at the hilly side of Hinulugang Taktak so one could see the bustling lights of Manila at night and the calm waters of Laguna de Bay at day. FEATURES:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
* Package is good for fifteen (15) persons only. The owners reserve the right to refuse entry to those who would violate this policy. An over-crowded area is not conducive to the desired comfort and ease.
* Interested parties must first visit the site. Pictures can be deceiving, but the actual view is not.
* A 50% downpayment is required to secure the reservation and is non-refundable. Reservation should be made during the actual visit. Cancellation forfeits the reservation payment. The owners strictly implement the rule, "First to reserve, first to serve basis".
* A barangay noise ordinance is strictly enforced by 9pm. Clients are advised that the use of the videoke and other sound systems shall only be from 6pm to 9pm. The videoke shall automatically turn-off by 9pm.
* NO early check-in and NO late check-out.
* Per hour of extension is P700.00 depending on availability and subject to owners' prior approval.
* Hazing, illegal drugs/activities are strictly prohibited. Violators shall be immediately reported to the proper authorities and shall be apprehended.
* Balay is a privately owned facility. Thus, the owners are not responsible for any accident, injury, or illness that may occur while on the premises.
* Balay will charge occupants for the costs of replacements or repairs to any loss or damage to any facility, equipment, devise or instrument wittingly or unwittingly made while in the resort premises.
* Balay is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests.
* Guests should bring their own cooking and eating utensils.
