Raj Kachori

Dough for Kachori :
Semolina (suji) 1 cup
All purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
Baking powder, pinch
Oil 1 Tsp

Filing (cholay)

Chick peas boiled
Lemon 1 medium ( depends on your taste)
Salt
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Special masala 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Meethi chutni 1 Tsp
Green chutney 1 Tsp
Coriander , mint leaves , onion chopped
Yougurt 1 cup , add 1/2 cup water 2 Tsp sugar and 1/4 tsp salt
Boondiyan or homemade small besan dahi baras
