"Rules and Regulations"

1. Our rates are fixed, final and already discounted as well, Because we are giving 25% off.

2. For surprise delivery must order before 3 working days.

3. For surprise delivery you must have to pay the total amount in advance.

4. If you order anything in urgent basis you must have to pay the urgent charges. (We needs atleast 3 working days for any type of customization, and handicrafts).

5. For any type of Events must booked before 6 working days.

6. For event booking you must have to pay 80% amount in advance and 20% on the spot after decorations.

7. All the rental based items and products must be return after your event has ended.

8. All the stuff which are rental based must be return as it is, if any type of fault or damage we will charge you. It's your responsibility to use it as a mandate(Amanat).

9. Our WhatsApp ordering timings are 12:00pm to 12:00am

10. For advance payment there are 3 options (Online funds transfer, Deposit in account in bank timings, visit meeting address and pay in cash)
