What is the difference between a cafe and Happy Hours? Ans: Happy Hours is neither a cafe nor a restaurant and hence unlike cafes we do not have kitchen and you will not get full meals or cooked food items rather we only serve light ready-to-go snacks in our canteen.
2. Why are you charging per person? Ans: The purpose of charging per person is to ensure we are not inviting crowds and hence keep
ing the space exclusive, private, professional and calmer than cafes or coffee shops.
3. Ans: No, we are operating as Not-for-Profit so we do not charge tax rather just service charges partially reimbursable against canteen menu (t&c apply)
4. How early we need to book our slots? Ans: Its totally dependent on availability. You may as well book available slots while standing outside our door. We will be more than happy to welcome you if there's free slot but no guarantees that we will always have free slots so earlier the better.
5. Can one person book time slots for others accompanying? Ans: Yes, all you need to do is to provide Name and CNIC numbers of everyone, including yourself, visiting our space.
6. Why you are asking for CNIC numbers? Ans: Happy Hours is not a public rather a private place and hence we want to keep track of everyone coming in and hence making it safer, reliable and trustworthy place for our visitors.
7. Can we bring our own food? Ans: No, we do not want to turn this place into a picnic spot and making the place uncomfortable for other visitors sharing the place with you. However, we do have an option to book the whole place for your smaller events with the maximum gathering of 25 people and you are allowed to bring your own food, beverage, crockery and cutlery for your event.
8. What are you offering in canteen menu? Ans: We have hot and cold beverages to drink, light snacks to eat and ci******es to smoke.
9. Are children allowed? Ans: No please, we want to keep it professional, hence, we will not allow anyone who doesn't have CNIC even if he or she is an adult. There is no exception. No CNIC, No entry. It's as simple as that. However, for private fully booked events there is no age restriction.
10. How many bookings you can take in a day? Ans: Keeping in view the COVID-19 social distancing rule, we have seating capacity of upto 25 and hence only 25 bookings a day. For more queries, feel free to message us on messenger or watsapp: 0342-6878118
