A lot of effort goes into customized cakes. They are expensive, sometimes too expensive when you compare them to readily available cakes in the market. Trust the process the baker goes through. The conception, the design , the tools, edible colors , packing , ingredients and so much more that baker has invested in. There is so much foot fall at a bakery hence their profit margins are less but due to sales they make more on a cake than your humble home baker. I absolutely loved making this cake for a precious client. She always appreciates the process and hard work that goes behind a customized cake. Our Signature Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting has been compared to Georgetown cupcake’s red velvet which is a huge honor. We are guilty of the fact that we don’t make it that often.
