Hasnain Raza is a final-year student in IBA, UOS. Hasnain is a hardworking individual who exhibits consistency alongside proficiency. Hasnain makes sure to deliver whatever task is passed onto him with diligence. Regarding personality, Hasnain is an encouraging, supportive, and down-to-earth person. He has a charm of humility while getting everything done like a professional.

After the vivid experience of the first day, the second day of the carnival brought immense thrill than ever!

We had the pleasure of having a good crowd of more than 5000 visitors. We all could see the joy among the crowd, the excitement among the team, and the action among the stall hosters. Amidst this environment, we had the chance to have Sir Imamuddin Khoso and Ma'am Arfana Mallah on the stage. Ma'am Arfana Mallah, being a great activist, geared up the spirit of the crowd with her enchanting words.

The IBA Carnival'23 ended with a great boost of enthusiasm, and it has become the talk of the town for reasons of its own!

We would like to pay our gratitude to the Director of IBA, Sir Sattar Shah, in helping us execute our idea. We are also grateful for our event supervisor, Ma'am Naveeda, our mentor, Ma'am Hina, Sir Farhan Zeb, Sir Vishnu, and other faculty members who visited us during the event and provided with utmost confidence. Lastly and most importantly, we are thankful for Sir Akram Shahani, who visited each and every stall of the carnival, and also guided us about every touch-point.

IBA, UOS, is glad to host such an event. Thank you for being a part of us. 🤍

Time for some highlights?

On the first day, many respective professors of IBA, including, Ma'am Paras Khwaja, Sir Vishnu Parmar, Sir Sami Shaikh, Sir Rameez Solangi, Ma'am Naveeda Katper, Ma'am Hina Arif, and Ma'am Seema, visited the stalls and captured their moments.

We had the pleasure of hosting 40+ stalls in the carnival. Among them, some of the stalls were Sir Vishnu's assigned entrepreneurship stalls in which students hosted their startups. These startups were on their initial steps and they were being tested and evaluated by Sir Vishnu. The best part was we had many students from different departments of the university who hosted their stalls in the carnival. We had a great number of visitors, which turned the carnival into a colourful memory, and this great number also resulted in a good profit for the stall owners. An open mic was also arranged for the audience, and we also had the pleasure of listening to the beautiful tunes of Bahadur Abro and Jawad Ali in the atmosphere of the carnival.

The first day ended with many happy faces and thrill, and everyone was excited for what the second day held for them.

You have done in making the carnival event a massive success all over the university. Your approach has been refreshing, and it has certainly captured the attention of many students and staff members alike.

Moreover, your creative team deserves a special mention for the remarkable decorations and installations they have put up all over the campus. The brightly colored balloons, streamers, and banners have added a festive vibe to the university, and the photo booth and other interactive elements have encouraged students to participate and engage with the event.

Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and the carnival event has become the talk of the town. The success of this event is a testament to the exceptional skills and dedication of your marketing and creative teams.

We would like to pay special thanks to our event mentor, Ms. Hina Arif Jalbani.

Ms. Hina has not only been just a mentor but a guide who taught us how to lit the candle and find our way. This event wouldn't have been this colorful and bright if it wasn't for the mentoring of Ms. Hina and her guide on managing this whole carnival.

The team of IBA Carnival'23 feels grateful to have Ms. Hina Arif Jalbani as our mentor and looks forward to hosting more exciting events in the future under the counselling of our star professors at IBA.

Any idea becomes successful if supervisors like Dr. Naveeda Katper back it.

IBA Carnival'23 ended with a great ounce of excitement, enthusiasm, and happiness. The organizing team of the carnival was able to put their best foot forward because of the guidance of Ms. Naveeda. She gave us the right direction and helpful insights, which molded this event into a successful idea. Thank you, Ma'am, for providing us with the confidence and building up our spirit we didn't know we needed.

We feel sincerely blessed that we had Dr. Naveeda Katper as our Supervisor and Director of Event Management for IBA Carnival'23. Collectively, we look forward to our future endeavors together.
