**SUNGI Event Planner- Standard Terms and Policy**

(1)
Booking Confirmation Subject to 50% Advance Payment (through Cash or Bank Transfer) and Balance 50% to be paid in CASH on the event day prior to the event.

(2)
All the decorative supplies and valuables provided are on rental basis which would be taken back after the event. If the client is interested in an item, there might be an option provided for purchase which is at the discretion of the Creative Head.

(3)
The Event timings (starting and ending) shall be communicated to us in advance so that necessary labour and resources can be managed at our end to avoid any inconvenience at both ends.

(4)
The Tables are to be provided by the client, the sizes of the tables would also be needed to inform in advance for planning at our end accordingly.

(5)
On the event of Items getting damaged due to negligence the full cost would be paid by the client.

(6)
Additional Additions to the package would be charged accordingly.
