▪︎ In order to confirm booking 50% Advance Payment has to be made via cash or bank transfer and balance 50% to be paid in cash on the event day prior to the event.
▪︎ All the decorative supplies and valuables provided are on rental basis which would be taken back after the event. If the client is interested in an item, there might be an option provided for purchase which is at the discretion of the Creative Head.
▪︎ The Event timings (starting and ending) shall be communicated to us in advance so we can manage everything accordingly to avoid any inconvenience later.
▪︎ The Tables are to be provided by the client, the sizes of the tables would also be needed to inform in advance for planning at our end accordingly.
▪︎ Any damage to the item due to the negligence of client the full cost would be paid by the client.
▪︎ Moreover any service out of the proposed package would be charged accordingly.
