Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Relationship Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing account plans, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Additionally, the Account Relationship Manager will collaborate with other teams within the company to develop innovative ideas and strategies that align with the client's objectives.
Qualifications:
Strong relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Understanding of marketing and advertising principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field
Experience in account management or customer service is preferred
Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus.
