Hello!

Making one of my fav dishes from my restaurant Bozo in Lahore - Cantonese chicken with pancakes.
I think more than the chicken, i LOVE the pancakes - stretchy, kinda chewy and super yum and not samosa patti :)))

Rs.6000 for a full chicken with 25 pancakes - hoisin sauce, home made chili oil, scallions and cucumbers -

Hello! We are doing a round of my VERY labour intensive Tori Paitan - Chicken Ramen for WEDNESDAY 1st March. The broth is highly concentrated and is pure chicken, cooked for several hours. The noodles are Alkaline and house-made.
Single but generous serving of Tori Paitan - Rs.1750, comes with the following:
Chicken broth - chicken fat oil with garlic & onions - ramen base sauce - chicken chashu slices - jammy egg and handmade alkaline noodles.
Pick up from Easy between 1 - 9pm
Heating and plating instructions will be provided.
