🇬🇪 Podsumowanie projektu InnoVillage Georgia 🇬🇪
Przez ostatnie miesiące mieliśmy przyjemność współpracować w ramach projektu InnoVillage – Talent Scaling for Sustainable Tourism, którego celem było wsparcie lokalnych społeczności w Gruzji w rozwijaniu turystyki zrównoważonej i opartej na lokalnym dziedzictwie. Projekt połączył pasjonatów, ekspertów i społeczności wiejskie, by wspólnie budować nowoczesne rozwiązania dla przyszłości turystyki.
💡 Co udało się osiągnąć?
✅ Mentoring: Każdy zespół otrzymał indywidualne wsparcie od międzynarodowych i lokalnych mentorów. Wspólnie wypracowaliśmy strategie rozwoju, narzędzia promocyjne oraz rozwiązania dostosowane do specyficznych potrzeb każdej wioski.
✅ Warsztaty: Zorganizowaliśmy serię inspirujących warsztatów, m.in. na temat storytellingu, ekologii, promocji online oraz strategii rozwoju turystyki.
✅ Wzmocnienie widoczności online: Uczestnicy nauczyli się wykorzystywać platformy takie jak Facebook, Canva czy Agrogate.world, by promować swoje oferty turystyczne.
✅ Demo Day: Podczas finałowego wydarzenia zaprezentowano rezultaty pracy zespołów, ukazując kreatywność, zaangażowanie i ogromny potencjał lokalnych społeczności.
💬 Dlaczego to było ważne?
Projekt pokazał, jak ogromną rolę odgrywa dziedzictwo kulturowe i naturalne w rozwoju turystyki. Dzięki wspólnym wysiłkom stworzyliśmy solidne podstawy, by wspierać zrównoważony rozwój regionów i zwiększać ich atrakcyjność dla turystów.

Over the past months, we had the pleasure of collaborating on the InnoVillage – Talent Scaling for Sustainable Tourism project. Its goal was to support local communities in Georgia in developing sustainable tourism rooted in local heritage. The project brought together passionate individuals, experts, and rural communities to create innovative solutions for the future of tourism.
💡 What have we achieved?
✅ Mentoring: Each team received personalized support from international and local mentors. Together, we developed growth strategies, promotional tools, and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each village.
✅ Workshops: We organized a series of inspiring workshops on topics such as storytelling, ecology, online promotion, and tourism development strategies.
✅ Improved online visibility: Participants learned to use platforms like Facebook, Canva, and Agrogate.world to promote their tourism offerings.
✅ Demo Day: During the final event, teams presented their results, showcasing creativity, dedication, and the enormous potential of local communities.
💬 Why was this important?
The project highlighted the critical role of cultural and natural heritage in tourism development. Through joint efforts, we laid a solid foundation to support the sustainable growth of the regions and enhance their appeal to tourists.
