Jose Martinez created a series of works where the color and the detail are the subjects. The abstraction of the forms is the point of interest. The viewer wonders what he/she is seeing and tries to decipher how the forms and colors were produced.His pictures evoke landscapes, textures, and sounds. They produce happiness, calmness, success, and peace in the spectator.It is an offer of natural forms that connect us with the basic, the essence of life, with the trail to our selves through a universe of light, color, movement, and organic forms.
