🎃 SPOOKY PAIRINGS PART 4 ☠️

🧀🍫 GORGONZOLA + TWIX 🍫🧀
This combination turned out to be our favorite. We often get scared and don’t dare to try blue cheeses because of their strong aromas and flavors.
It turns out that the caramel in the Twix helps a lot to bring out those sweet notes of the Gorgonzola cheese. While the chocolate helps us contrast those spicy and strong flavors of these well-known blue cheeses.

In this combination, the chocolate helps to balance the creamy and milky texture of the Brie. In addition, the Kit Kats wafer provides a crunchy texture to this delicious cheese.
