Italian Limoncello Tiramisu
Lemon-Infused Tiramisu with Limoncello
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
1 cup limoncello liqueur
1/2 cup water
Juice of 1 lemon
2 packages ladyfingers (about 24-30 pieces)
1/4 cup lemon curd (optional)
Lemon slices or zest for garnish
Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
Prepare the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Limoncello Syrup: In a shallow bowl, combine the limoncello, water, and lemon juice. Stir to mix well.
Assemble the Tiramisu: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the limoncello syrup, ensuring they're moistened but not soggy. Place a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a single layer at the bottom of a rectangular dish (about 9x13 inches).
Layer the Cream: Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture evenly over the layer of ladyfingers. If using lemon curd, spoon dollops of it on top of the mascarpone layer and gently spread.
Repeat: Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone cream. Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the top.
Chill: Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve: Before serving, garnish with lemon slices or additional lemon zest. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Honey Garlic Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
- 8 lamb chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, and rosemary. Reserve half the mixture for glazing.
2. Season lamb chops with salt. Pour the remaining marinade over the lamb chops in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes per side until a nice crust forms.
4. Lower the heat to medium. Brush the reserved glaze onto the lamb chops. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until the glaze caramelizes and the lamb reaches your desired doneness.
5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!

A Creamy Dream Come True: Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce 🥩🧄

Ingredients:
- 4 beef steaks (sirloin, ribeye, or strip)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side (or to your desired doneness). Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Dijon mustard. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
5. Let the sauce simmer for 4-5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
7. Return the steaks to the skillet and spoon the garlic cream sauce over them. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined, then remove from heat.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal completely.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the bombs cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color!

Steak in Creamy Cajun Shrimp Sauce 🥩🍤

Ingredients:

For the steak:
- 2 sirloin or ribeye steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Cajun shrimp sauce:
- 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Cook the steaks:
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
