Recently we have started having issues with Online Taxis (Uber / Bolt) picking up our clients.
This seems to be happening when the clients ask “are you A22 Transfers? Or asking “are you here for (insert your name here) ?
The driver says yes, they get in and then we miss out on the fare.
Please for our company or whichever company you have booked sake, ask them who they are picking up? This way they’ll have to know your name and you’ll know they are the correct driver for you.
Oh and here’s a photo of one of our new vans
