We are having ourselves a take away on Thursday and since the weather is damp and grey, something comforting and wholesome is going to cheers us up. I haven't forgotten about the take,away on Thursday!

The weather has turned and the comfort food comes back on the menu. We are having stuffed butternut squash with roast potatoes and vegetables with gravy and a Linzer Torte for dessert. Hi All
I'm very happy to announce that I'll be attending the vegan Market in Coimbra on the 13th of October, 10am to 6pm.

I'll be busy preparing lots of cheese, vegan meats, cheese & onion pasties, samosas, cheesecake and a Spekulatius cake too. I will also offer Mongolian vegan beef and vegan sweet and sour chicken to take away.

On Thursday's menu are Sticky Chinese Cauliballs on vegetable rice with a side of coleslaw. For afters we have an Tiramisu Ice cream. You can order this with or without alcohol. The price is €10. I'm excited to announce a Pop Up at Pachamama on the 19th of October.

It is called “Flavours around the World“. Here is the menu. If you have questions regarding allergies, please contact me. I would also appreciate it if you could book in advance, it is just much easier to manage the event.

Menu Flavours around the World. At Pachamana.

Starter
Khinkali are Georgian soup dumplings that are filled with garlic mushrooms, herbs and fragrant mushroom broth. You nibble a little hole into the dumpling and then drink the broth before you eat the rest of the dumpling, discarding the top. They will be served on a beetroot carpaccio.

Main course
Mongolian vegan beef and veggies on garlic noodles with a medley of seasonal vegetables.

Dessert
A trio of treats! A baby lemon curd tart, a choc rum pot and a heart of butter short bread!

Not sure if you can fit in a coffee after that but then again, Pachamama's coffee is delicious.

Entrada
Khinkali são bolinhos de sopa georgianos recheados com cogumelos com alho, ervas aromáticas e caldo de cogumelos perfumado. Faz-se um pequeno furo no bolinho e bebe-se o caldo antes de comer o resto do bolinho, deitando fora a parte de cima. Serão servidos sobre um carpaccio de beterraba.

Prato principal
Carne de vaca vegan da Mongólia e legumes em noodles de alho com uma mistura de legumes da época.

Sobremesa
Um trio de delícias! Uma tarte de limão bebé com curd, um pote de choc rum e um coração de pão curto com manteiga!

Não tenho a certeza se consegue tomar um café depois disso, mas o café da Pachamama é delicioso.
