We find it interesting as the majority of the Portuguese population has a love relationship with coffee instead of tea, although there's many Portuguese tea drinkers. Other interesting facts are TEA being a common beverage link between nations. On Saturday 2 December, we set-up an engagement picnic in Lagos, while being very aware of the risk of rain. We had advised our client that there was this risk, but he wanted to go ahead with it.
He and his to be fiance flew into the Algarve (they had never been here before) on Friday last week, and they left on Sunday ...

CLIENT BRIEF
1. A nice beach / or cliff top with good scenery for a photshoot of sea and cliffs, and the crucial moment of the proposal recorded.
2. Privacy
3. With the WOW factor.

WHAT WE DELIVERED
1. We focused on providing a luxurious layout over 4m2, with all the bells and whistles, which included a food platter, champagne and a beautiful flower arrangement.
2. We had a very talented photographer and a videographer in place to capture the whole experience,
3. We managed to bring in a very talented violinist that played two music tracks at the crucial moment,
4. and we had our great team on stand-by to provide support as needed.

FIANCEE TO BE REACTION
1. The Bride to be had no idea what was waiting for her as she descended the stairs to the beach, as the picnic laid out area was discreetly hidden.
2. Her expressions of surprise as the picnic display area revealed itself to her, was really heartwarming to watch (from a short distance away). She did not expect it.
3. The proposal moment was also breathtaking to watch from afar. SHE SAID YES! And her happiness coupled with the element of surprise was really emotionally charged and so romantic to observe.
The result was a very happy couple bubbling with emotions and we could all see the love they have for each other.

END RESULT
A very happy client, that expressed his gratitude to us over and over for creating the right atmosphere for his marriage proposal. We are happy and grateful that the team pulled this off having only a 3 day schedule in which to deliver on our client's brief - from start to finish.
As standard all our engagement picnics has a preparation and management minimum timeline of two weeks.
