Miguel on Happy.Radio Welcome to my page. I'm Miguel and I'm a dj on www.happy.radio I am Dutch/Portuguese and have been living in the UK since 1987.

I was inspired to get involved with radio by listening to offshore pirate stations such as Radio Caroline, Mi Amigo, Radio Veronica and Laser. I’ve worked at countless radio stations from pirate radio to local radio, internet radio and hospital radio both in the Netherlands and the UK. I did my first radio show at the age of 14 on a tiny Dutch pirate station called Radio Idefix. I was hooked after

that first show and have been doing radio for the best part of 40 years since. I have found my new radio home on Happy.Radio where I present "Miguel's MIxtape" every Wednesday and Saturday 2pm - 4pm (1pm - 3pm in the UK) and alongside Hayley I present "the Happiness Manifesto" every Friday 8pm - 11pm (7pm - 10pm in the UK). Happy.Radio....That feels good.
