This workshop will bring together the work of two lovers of somatic movement, contact improvisation, and process work. Catarina's movement and touch work meets Constança's life-dance approach. Jo Hardy ( ) is coming to Portugal again, in little more than one month! Post-Christmas hangover delayed us launching the event, but we are sure it will be fully booked as the previous ones.. so, don't think twice and seize the first price slot (for the first 15 registrations). Jo Hardy (UK) has been working with body-based psycotherapy and embodiment for 30 years and her work has deep impact all over the world. She is coming to Portugal to teach *"We Space II: The Threads of Our Ancestors" (13-16 June 2024)*, a conscious dance workshop where we will uncover the threads of connection with our ancestors - both embracing their gifts and resilience and giving space and care to healing some of the suffering.

In this zoom conversation we will have a taste of Jo's ancestors work, informed by profound knowledge of our individual and collective nervous systems. We will dance and talk openly. You are welcome to join this conversation!
