I will be hosting cookery lessons at the shop every week on Thursdays starting at 11 am.
Open to everyone
Here are some ideas;

-use homemade sauces to enliven your dishes
oyster,fish,soy sauce,teriyaki,chilly,sesame,french,korean,thai, etc
-ferment vegetables and add natural flavours
-cook authentic japanese homemade dishes
-prepare new and exciting Vegan/Vegetarian recipes

ワイナリーに行った人だけが買えるオリーブオイル。

Beautiful Bluefin tuna in Algarve!

O Toro "Jabara"
Otoro (oh-toh-roh), which is sometimes labeled O-toro, is the fattiest portion of the tuna, found on the very underside of the fish’s belly. This cut is fatty almost to the point of falling apart and can literally melt in your mouth, a delicious and practically unique experience.
"Jabara"(photo) is more expensive due to their relative scarcity as a proportion of the entire fish.
It makes us very difficult to process even for well skilled chefs....

Chutoro (choo-toh-roh), which is sometimes labeled chu-toro or Chūtoro (as “chuu” means “middle” in Japanese), is the belly area of the tuna along the side of the fish between the akami and the otoro. It is often preferred because it is fatty but not as fatty as Otoro.

✈️🧳Travel with us to Japan to discover authentic flavors, culture and gastronomic secrets!

①Taste of Umami and we will cook Dashi, the fundamental Japanese soup.

昔、イングランドへ行った時、夫が、"これ、子供の時によく食べてた〜。"と言ったので、食べてみたい。と買って食べたのがきっかけ。
海外ではなかなかハマるスナックがない中、これはずっと長年王道の1位!

味は?
まさにうまい棒!!!
ローストビーフ味の他にピクルスオニオン味、ホット味、UKならではのソルトヴィネガー味。
どれも美味しいんけど、このローストビーフ味は、何とたこ焼きか焼きそば味にそっくり!
イギリス系スーパーThe Food Co(Tesco, oversea etc..)で購入可能。若しくは直接大手お菓子メーカーWALKERSで??
お試しあれ。😋😋😋 
もうわざわざうまい棒を買って帰らなくてもいいょ。笑

現在まだ見つけられないスナックは、おにぎり煎餅と柿の種。

Is a vibrant noodle dish made with thick noodles topped with pork, seafood(prawn, squid) and a variety of vegetables(cabbage, carrot, onion, and more!) served in a rich and broth made from chicken and pork, cloudy white soup.

"Chanpon"
É um prato japonês feito com carnes, frutos do mar, várias legumes, sopa branco e macarrão.

"A matcha latte" is a tea latte made with the Japanese green tea powder(for tea ceremony) and steamed milk.

Easy to make at your home!
1⃣,Add the 1 tea spoon of matcha to a mug.
2⃣,Pour the warmed milk(cow,soy, coconut, almond etc..),and Whisk!
3⃣,Taste your latte and decide how much sweetener you want to add, if any.

Um matchá latte consiste em matchá em pó de chá verde japonês(para a cerimônia do chá) , e leite,(água)
1⃣,Coloque o colher (chá) de matcha em pó em uma caneca ou copo.
2⃣,Pegue o leite quente e despeje na caneca até f**ar quase cheia misture com uma colher ou um batedor.
3⃣,Se quiser adoçá-lo,açúcar,xarope...etc..

All that is left is to bake or heat it up!

-Frozen precooked-
*Please be thawed about a 2,3 hours before cook.
◎Preheat the oven to 170 ºC.
◎160 ºC/40 mins cover a dish with foil.
◎180ºC/10 mins without foil.(until browned).
-Precooked-
◎Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
◎170ºC/15 mins without foil.(until heat it up)

*Pickled yam with konbu dashi/vinegar
*Tororo yam (with lady fingers) , and Ponzu.
Take away dish.

🥔Yamaimo(much more stickier, thinner, chubby,or other style).
Jinenjyo is the wild one.
🥔Nagimo(long wide, whitish, more liquid, light taste),
There are many different of sticky Yam.

"Uno Hana"
Is a classic Japanese side dish made from sautéed OKARA and various vegetables(like carrots and mushrooms, gobo(roots), green beans,etc...) Konjac(yam cake) chikuwa (fishcake), etc....
It's healthy and delicious!

*OKARA is soy pulp, tofu dregs, or SOYBEANS WASTE!
Okara that is firmly packed consists of
3.5 to 4.0% protein,
76 to 80% moisture and
20 to 24% of solids.
When moisture free,
the gritty okara contains
8 to 15% fats,
12 to 14.5% crude fiber and
24% protein,
17% of the protein from the source soybeans.
It also contains potassium, calcium, niacin.

Most of the soybean isoflavones are left in okara, as well as vitamin B and the fat-soluble nutritional factors, which include soy lecithin, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, phytosterols, tocopherol, and vitamin D.

Also, could be able to help improve fat metabolism, manage obesity, and even lower cholesterol.
