What's up, dance fam! 👐 I hope this finds you rejuvenated from your summer adventures and you found some ways to beat the heat 🥵 I recently had the pleasure to provide a journey for the Ecstatic Dance Antwerpen community and I wanted to thank Melanie Raaijmakers, Ben Chi and everyone there for the warm welcome in a magical space that added a unique layer of ambiance to the experience.
A beautiful reminder of the joy and liberation that comes from connecting with ourselves and others through movement, particularly in such a beautiful open-air setting. 🙏❤️

Încă un pic și ne întâlnim La Catzarat, un nou spațiu pe care l-am găsit potrivit pentru pratica noastră de dans. Ne place acolo iarba care mângâie tălpile, plopii înalți și păduricea umbroasă care înconjoară poiana, râul Argeș și sentimentul că ne aflăm în natură, la numai 40 de minute de centrul Bucureștiului. Nu știm dacă sunt licurici, dar te invităm să rămâi până seara, la foc și să aflăm!

The mix was build around the "The Hero's Journey", aka the monomyth, the narrative pattern outlining the common stages found in many heroic tales across cultures and time periods (The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Star Wars original trilogy, Harry Potter series, The Matrix trilogy, The Lion King, The Odyssey, The Hobbit...).

Vineri am trăit o nouă seară plină de energie și conexiune prin muzică la Ecstatic Dance Cluj-Napoca. Vreau să le mulțumesc tuturor celor care au fost prezenți și au făcut din experiență una memorabilă, Sper că ne vom revedea curând pentru mai multă muzică și dans împreună! Vineri plecăm împreună într-o nouă călătorie ecstatică cu Ecstatic Dance Cluj-Napoca! M-am bucurat mult de caldura echipei si a ecstaticilor din Cluj la fiecare vizită, le mulțumesc mult tuturor și le promit o călătorie pregătită cu atenție, cu gândul la nevoia fiecăruia de mișcare, de realizarea de intenții curajoase, de melodii care să ne trezească și cele mai ascunse emoții și de conexiune în comunitate - de care avem atât de mare nevoie.
Ocazie minunată să împărtășesc mini documentarul lor despre Ecstatic Dance - dans conștient, deschidere și comunitate.
