“Windbell 3”, the interactive installation by Claudiu Lazar (), is now our inaugural in-situ commissioned work for Scânteia + hallway.

"Windbell is an interactive installation that illustrates nature's ability to transform disorder into synchronicity. Triggered by human touch, the moving bars harmonize, reflecting the natural frequencies and correlation of the elements. This installation, the final work in the Simulating Paradox series, explores the dynamic between chaos and order, showing how subtle interactions can evolve into unified harmony. It highlights the paradox of randomness and coordination, inviting participants to engage with and reflect on the mathematical principles behind nature’s balance."

Bucharest's New Hidden Gem - SCÂNTEIA+

For the past 9 months, we’ve been hard at work reimagining a part of the iconic former Press Hall into SCÂNTEIA+ — a 950mp venue designed for daytime and evening events where music and art seamlessly coexist.

Though still a work in progress, this evolving venue is poised to become a one-of-a-kind hub for the art scene in Bucharest.

✨Get to know the artist ✨
DeWalta (David Koch, Germany) is an acclaimed musician and producer known for blending jazz’s improvisational energy with electronic music. Starting with the French horn at age 7 and later studying jazz and composition in Berlin, he developed a unique sound merging organic percussion, vibrant horns, and deep electronic grooves. In 2007, he launched the Meander label, releasing five albums and numerous EPs and remixes for artists like Seth Troxler and Luciano. During the pandemic, he founded an online teaching academy and music engineering service. DeWalta continues to perform worldwide, celebrating 15 years as a DJ and live performer.
