Salutare oameni curajoși,
Vă rugăm să țineți cont de următoarele aspecte pentru a participa la Brutus Run.
1. La ridicarea pachetului de start FIECARE participant trebuie să prezinte în format tipărit, completată și semnată declarația de participare la eveniment. Fără această declarație personală nu se va permite startul la joc în echipă! Dacă nu aduci la start declarația, poți primi una la fața locului contracost pentru 5 Leva! De aici se poate descărca și imprima declarația:

Prin accesarea linkului de mai sus vei regăsi ambele declarații, pentru datele personale (GDPR) și pentru participare. Imprimă toate paginile și completează formularele cu datele tale.
2. Distribuția pachetelor de start.
Kiturile de participare pentru echipe vor fi distribuite sâmbătă, 29 ianuarie, în intervalul orar 9:00-10:00 la intrarea Sea Garden, Varna sau la complexul Jordash între 19:00 și 21:00 în aceeași zi de sâmbătă. Predarea kiturilor este PERSONALĂ pe baza declarațiilor GDPR și de participare. Dacă nu poți prelua kitul în ziua de sâmbătă, o poți face la fața locului, cu cel puțin o oră înaintea startului cursei la care ești înscris.
3. Când să fii la start:
- pentru General trebuie să fii la start începând cu ora 07:00 în data de 30 ianuarie (duminică).
- pentru General trebuie să fii la start începând cu ora 08:00 în data de 30 ianuarie (duminică).
4. Unde este zona de start / finish?
Complex Jordash, Shkorpilovtsi (încă poți rezerva cazare pentru weekend la complex). 5. Care este echipament obligatoriu?
- Folie de supraviețuire (folio) - https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71caeiafjvL._SX425_.jpg
- telefon mobil (oprit în cursă, dar util în caz de urgență);
- DOAR PENTRU GENERAL - frontală - există posibilitatea de a prinde seara pe traseu
- compas / busolă - direcționarea va fi integrală folosind o hartă fizică și în cazul în care te pierzi, busola te poate readuce în direcția bună. Dacă te rătăcești, urmează direcția către un oraș sau drum asfaltat. Adu o busolă funcțională. :)
In plus, pe lângă echipamentul OBLIGATORIU, iată RECOMANDĂRILE noastre:
- apă - cel puțin 1 litru de persoană. NU sunt surse de apă pe traseu și vom furniza apă doar în unul din punctele de control, dar poate dura câteva ore până ajungi la acel punct!
- alimente - cel puțin 1500 kcal / persoană - nu sunt disponibile puncte de alimentare!
- jachetă vânt / ploaie - temperaturile matinale în sălbăticie scad sub zero și uneori vântul piate atinge și viteze de peste 15 km / h!
6. Asigurare
Contribuția de participare include și asigurarea.

1. When taking your start kit EACH participant must bring printed, filled in and signed declarations for participation and personal data. Without such the team will not be allowed to start! If you do not bring declarations you will be able to receive from us on the spot for BGN 5! From here you can download and print the declarations:

The starting packages of the teams will be distributed on the 29th (Saturday) from 09:00 to 10:00 at the entrance of the Sea Garden, Varna or in complex Jordash from 19:00 to 21:00 on Saturday. Receiving a starter pack is PERSONAL only for a brought declarations of participation and personal data. If you do not have the opportunity to pick up the starting package on Saturday, you can do it on the spot on the day of the event not later than 1 hour before the start of your distance.

- For Warrior you must be at the start from 08:00 on the 30th (Sunday).
4. Where is the start / finish?

5. What mandatory equipment do I need?
- Survival blanket (folio) - https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71caeiafjvL._SX425_.jpg
- mobile phone (which will be turned off for the race, but can be used in case of emergency);
- ONLY FOR GENERAL - headlamp - there is a high probability to be in the dark part of the day
- compass - the navigation is entirely with a map and in case you lose yourself the compass can guide you in which direction to move. In case of greater loss, determine the direction to a settlement or asphalt road. Please find a good compass :)
In addition to the above MANDATORY equipment, here is our RECOMMENDED one:
- water - at least 1 liter per person. There are NO water sources along the route and we will provide water at one of the checkpoints, but it may take you several hours to reach it!
- Food - at least 1500 kcal / person - there will be no support points!
- windbreaker / waterproof jacket - the temperatures in the ravines in the morning and at dusk fall below zero, and the wind in the open sometimes reaches over 15 km / h!
6. Insurance.
The participation fee includes insurance.

Здравейте смели хора,
Моля обърнете внимание на следните точки, за да бъдете допустнати да участвате в Brutus Run.
1. При вземане на стартовия пакет ВСЕКИ участник трябва да носи разпечатани, попълнени и подписани декларации за участие и за лични данни. Без такива отбора няма да се допусне да стартира! Ако не носите декларации ще можете да получите от нас на място срещу 5лв! От тук може да изтеглите и разпечатате декларациите:

В ликът са и двете декларации - за лични данни и за участие. Разпечатайте всички листи и попълнете вашите данни.
2. Раздаване на стартови пакети.
Стартовите пакети на отборите ще бъдат раздавани на 29-ти (събота) от 09:00 до 10:00 на слънчев часовник на входа на морската градина, Варна. Получаването на стартов пакет става ЛИЧНО единствено срещу представени декларации за участие и за лични данни. Ако нямате възможност да си вземете стартовия пакет в събота можете да го направите на място в деня на събитието не по-късно от 1 час преди старта на вашата дистанция.
3. Кога да дойда на старта:
- За General трябва да сте на старта от 07:00 на 30-ти (неделя).
- За Warrior трябва да сте на старта от 08:00 на 30-ти (неделя).

5. Каква задължителна екипировка ми е нужна?

- мобилен телефон (който ще бъде изключен за състезанието, но може да се ползва в авариен случай);
- САМО ЗА GENERAL - челник - има голяма вероятност да се "захапе" и по-тъмната част от денонощието
- компас - навигацията е изцяло по карта и при евентуално изгубване компасът може да ви ориентира в коя посока да се придвижите. При по-голямо изгубване определете посоката към населено място или асфалтов път. Моля намерете си хубав компас, а не такъв от гризки "Зрънчо" :)
Освен горната ЗАДЪЛЖИТЕЛНА екипировка ето и нашата ПРЕПОРЪЧИТЕЛНА такава:
- вода - минимум 1л на човек. По трасето НЯМА чешми и ние ще осигурим вода на една от контролните точки, но до достигането и може да ви отнеме няколко часа!
- Храна - минимум 1500 kcal/човек - няма да има никакви подкрепителни пунктове!
- ветровка/водоустойчиво яке - температурите в деретата сутрин и по смрачаване падат под нулата, а вятърър в открите части понякога достига до над 15км/час!
6. Застраховка.
В таксата участие се включва застраховка.
