Situated in the very heart of the magical city of Constanta, it has been supporting the local scene for electronic music and underground club culture since its founding. Entrance fees and opening hours above can vary on special nights, check event infomation. The One operates a 24 -hour drinking licence, and all events are open end. There is no dresscode - but the club enforces an attitudecode.Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted in the club.
