🌟 Successful Completion of the European Capital of Culture Closing Event in Timișoara 🌟

Maestrul Silviu Purcărete revine în Japonia pentru o nouă colaborare cu Teatrul Metropolitan din Tokyo! După succesul obținut în 2017 cu piesa “Richard al III-lea”, anul acesta Maestrul Purcărete regizează opera shakespiriană “Visul unei nopți de vară”. Premiera va avea loc pe 15 octombrie, la Teatrul Metropolitan din Tokyo. Piesa va fi jucată în Tokyo până pe 1 noiembrie 2020, iar din 7 noiembrie și în Niigata, Matsumoto, Hyogo, Sapporo și Miyagi.

Today is the saddest day since the pandemic has started. Last year I was invited to work in the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre with Mr. Silviu Purcarete, Dragoș Buhagiar, and Vasile Șirli. I don't have to say that this was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Today we could be in Tokyo and begin the rehearsals normally but thanks to the Covid19, all of us are in front of our computers and try to do miracles via Zoom.

This year we had a very busy season, with all kinds of events. We had the enjoyment to work with a lot of nice people from all over the country and abroad. We’ve learned a lot from you guys! We closed this season in a worthy way. Last weekend we had two very important events: Discoteca '80 and Pulzart7. These are two essential movements for us and we are glad to be part of them from year to year.

Now we will take a small break and we will prepare for the next season
