Frame or underlay?
I feel that half of the masters are nervous, because they think that this is the same thing. But no, friends!
Now you need to like ♥ and read useful information.
So, what are the designs for bouquets?
1. Substrate is an inconspicuous solid base on which products are installed. Imagine a needle bed in which needles are stuck. Here the principle is the same.
Most often, the substrate is taken from foam or polystyrene. For our work, we most often choose foam. I show the difference in stories.
2. Technical frameworks.
They are often used by florists, but sometimes by food florists as well. These frames are invisible and help to give the bouquet additional volume, splendor, without crushing the design.
3. Decorative (creative) frames serve to decorate the bouquet, create a certain mood. They allow you to create frames from different materials: fabric, ribbons, paper cords, yarn, etc. Garnoe is just such an example. We use feathers as decoration.
What structures do you most often use in your work? Or do you just use skewers?
