En nydanande och ung festival med syfte att lyfta fram gränsmusiken och dess musikaliska likheter och släktskap. Folkmusik från Bohuslän, Dalsland, Värmland, Norge, Danmark och även Storbritannien med Nordsjön som nav, är den grundpelare som festivalen lutar sig emot.
