Get ready to dance the night away! The Snowball is bringing you an incredible lineup of 7 amazing DJs! 🌟

🎧 Andreas – Our fantastic DJ coordinator!
🎧 Sam – Sam loves jazz. What type of jazz? Basie said it best: "Four solid beats to the bar and no cheating!"
🎧 Gaston – Swing and Blues music are Gaston’s life passion!
🎧 Julia – Julia’s favorite tunes usually feature clarinet, piano, or a big, fat driving rhythm—most likely some Duke Ellington, because in Julia’s opinion, he’s the best!
🎧 Yulai – Yulai believes classic Swing music is the soul of Swing dancing!
🎧 Hanna – Hanna loves a good horn section and is especially interested in Kansas City Jazz!
🎧 Mitya – Mitya’s got the tunes, you bring the moves—let’s dance!
🎧 Dáire – With Dara, every set is like New Year’s Eve—absolute bangers from sundown to sunup!

🌟 Meet Alba & Gaston 🌟
Alba discovered these dances in 2007. By 2013, she was fully committed to dance, blending her analytical skills with her passion for teaching. In 2017, she and Gastón Fernández opened a dance school in Madrid. Since then, Alba has organized events, taught locally and internationally, with her teaching deeply influenced by jazz culture.
Gastón began his dance journey in Buenos Aires in 2001. His background in gymnastics and tango brings power and sensitivity to his unique Swing and Blues style. Since 2009, he’s been teaching worldwide, spreading his love for the dance.
Together, Alba & Gastón are dedicated to inspiring dancers through their passion and expertise, offering classes, workshops, and performances locally and internationally.

🌟 Meet Chester 🌟
Dancing since 1974 and a protege of Fayard Nicholas (of the Nicholas Brothers) Chester has been dancing his way around the world. These days he is a dancer, teacher, performer, choreographer, director, stunt man and entertainer. His choreography can be seen in music videos for Boys II Men, Sugar Ray, Teena Marie as well as working with artists such as Savion Glover, MC Hammer, Prince and many more. Also a highly renowned drummer and band leader he has worked with some of the best in the entertainment industry. He has performed with his dance company Black Ballet Jazz, with the Lionel Hampton Orchestra, the Duke Ellington Orchestra, the Count Basie Orchestra and the great Miles Davies. Chester exudes boundless positive energy and passion for dance and is a born entertainer. His contributions have been far too many to name them all. He can only be seen to be believed.

🌟 Meet Sylvia & Jacob 🌟
Sylvia is a renowned dancer, instructor, and judge with over 30 years of experience in Swing dance, honoured in both the National and California Swing Dance Halls of Fame. A U.S. Open champion and two-time California Balboa Champion, she’s won numerous awards and titles across Lindy, Balboa, and West Coast Swing. Jacob, a passionate Balboa dancer since 2005, has taught globally for 15 years. Known for his intricate Pure Bal and unique Bal Swing, he combines humor with serious instruction to create a fun and dynamic learning experience.
