🎧 Meet the DJs:
Grace grew up surrounded by music from the 1930s and 1940s—her father a filmmaker with a passion for Old Hollywood, her mother a radio DJ spinning ballads, blues, and big band tunes. With that soundtrack in her ears from an early age, she developed both a passion for swing-era sound and for storytelling through music. She later minored in Vocal Performance in Jazz at university, deepening her knowledge of music theory, phrasing, and rhythm.
As a dancer, Grace has spent over a decade immersed in Lindy Hop, Balboa, Collegiate S**g, and Solo Jazz, and that lived experience on the social dance floor shapes the way she DJs. Known for her ability to read the room, she blends swing-era classics with hidden gems—bringing joy, energy, and historical reverence to every set. In addition to DJing, she is a full-time international dance instructor and part-time singer of swing tunes. Whether she’s behind the booth or out on the floor, her mission is the same: to share classic, danceable music that invites dancers of all levers to connect, play, and have fun.
