Another year coping with all the illnesses.

Doctors (& Google) said that patients with
heart failure are typically left with a few years.
Lucky ones may have another decade?

I don’t type resolutions anymore as I always
fail to achieve them. Eg. Slim down. Get rich.

I also have no noteworthy accomplishments
to report. Thus, staying alive has been my
greatest accomplishment and aim.

I am really grateful to my loved ones
—families, friends, and supporters
—for your unwavering support. 🫰🏻

And hey hey.. I made it through 2023.
SO I'll be annoying you all till 2025. 😉😜

That’s why I will not praise just 1 kid, unless there’s only that 1 kid around. This is a very realistic msg. Pls watch. In life, you can’t avoid comparison, you also can’t stop yourself from not comparing at all.
多多少少都会有那一点的你又不是 神.
But with constant reminders, I feel we can try reduce the hurt to ourselves, and to others.

今天是國際不打小孩日，有什麼事就等到明天再說吧😂

其實不打小孩日的精神就是，你忍住一次不動手，你就會發現小孩其實也可以用其他方法教，但是的確不容易，因為孩子往往是「你花了耐心他還是不會聽」，給大家幾個不生氣的方法：

1、當孩子激怒你的時候，不要一直想他是故意的，你越這樣想，你會越生氣。

2、不要覺得孩子每次都這樣，孩子每次犯錯都有他背後的原因，反正要告訴自己「他不是每次都這樣！」

3、多看看孩子也有進步的地方。

4、教到很累很無助的時候，要去聽聽看別人的意見（也可以問我），當局者迷，有時候有我們自己沒有看到的地方。

5、不要一直告訴自己「我生的！我生的！」，這樣反而容易壓抑自己，最後就會爆炸。

6、教到很生氣的時候，就要先遠離孩子一下，不要急於一時半刻教會他。

7、要明確的告訴孩子「我已經在生氣了！」，因為很多孩子並不懂，所以會繼續激怒大人。

8、我們常常有很多自己的壓力沒有處理，就去處理小孩，大人也要好好的照顧自己的情緒。

還有一點補充，如果你教到很生氣的時候，就來看看王宏哲教養育兒寶典，你就會發現全世界小孩都一樣，不是只有你家小孩會這樣，就會比較釋懷了😅

用打的只會教到他恐懼，不會教到他懂事！你們說是不是呢？
