💯Low Risk! Clear Support!
RQXL introduces a risk-sharing booth rental model to support creators with limited capital. Booth fees are partially covered upfront, with the remainder deducted from profit-sharing through ticket sales. If sales fall short, boothers are not liable for the remaining amount.

💡 Scenario:
Artist: "Leafy" – Selling handmade anime merchandise

Booth Selection: 1 booth
Deposit Paid: SGD 240
Total Booth Rental: SGD 480

💰 Profit Scenario
Net Ticket Sales Profit-Share: SGD 400
Remaining Rental Deducted: SGD 240
Profit Retained: SGD 160 (SGD 400 - SGD 240)
Total Paid for Booth: SGD 480 (SGD 240 deposit + SGD 240 from ticket share)
Result: "Leafy" fully covers their rental and profits 160 SGD from ticket revenue share and personal merchandise sales.

💰 Loss Scenario
Net Ticket Sales Profit-Share: SGD 200
Remaining Rental Required: SGD 240
Shortfall: SGD 40 (SGD 240 - SGD 200)

Under RQXL’s model:
Boothers do NOT pay the shortfall.

Total Paid for Booth: SGD 240 (Deposit only)
Loss Protected: SGD 40 absorb by RQXL
Result: "Leafy" only pays their deposit, minimizing loss and retaining more funds for future events.

😉Team Information / 队员报到！

📌嘉仁 Jiaren (Jrpencil) has been boothing since 2015 in Singapore and beyond. ACG events supported him at his lowest, and now he’s creating a space where creators can thrive and enjoy their craft.

📌茜 Qian (Xixi Pencil) began her journey in 2017. She gradually turned her love for crafting into a business. As her children grew, she ventured into boothing, bringing her carefully handcrafted works to more people.

📌槟嘻 Bing Xi handles packing and sorting all misc items, keeping everything in order behind the scenes!
