"Time to take a breather, and heal... and all will be well."

Assalammu alaikum and greetings all! We've got a special holiday programme that would definitely bring you some relief through declutter, working up some calories, being in nature and getting mental sharpness at the end of it!

It's definitely been a hot minute, and boy, life's been pretty colourful during this new norm... and the school holidays! Before we all start to simmer down and usher in the new year where the students start their terms and the majority of us have used up our leaves and off-days for the fiscal year, let's have some time to declutter and reset!

In this special programme, the emphasis is on the self-directed motivation for self-care which touches on our ability to be aware of our own self-judgements while remembering how vast the world truly is and that our own preconcieved judgements and prejudices may be limiting or adding on extra poundage on the efforts we are at! Meaning: We need to learn to let it go, let it God and be at peace with it! :)

It started from some experimental sessions, and after 30 sessions, we're going ahead to continue this programme. :)

A great support group where you can also ask and share with us your experiences!
I'll be leading the exercises with alternative movements for those who have difficulty.
Participants are encouraged to have earbuds/bluetooth earpieces and video to be 'ON' at all times.
