The Volleyball Singapore 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place last evening with good turnout from our full members.

Eight board members were elected for the 2023 - 2025/27 term. With the recent change in the constitution and the adoption of best practices, half of the elected board will serve a 4-year term while the other half will serve a 2-year term. This is to ensure staggered retirement of the board members and provide for continuity within the board.

The newly elected board held its first meeting right after the AGM and decided on the role of each board member in the new term.

Ms Teo Siew Lan is a dominant icon of the local volleyball scene. Having coached her ‘B’ and ‘C’ division boys’ teams to a combined 29 National Championships in her 30-year tenure, she welcomes each new intake on a journey of self-discovery. Volleyball Ace-VAS ActiveKids Volleyball School Holiday Programme is backed again after our successful 1st run backed in Dec 2020. We have a group of students who continue to join our regular classes on Sunday to improve their volleyball games! 🥰
It become our mission to continue our programmes to introduce volleyball to as many interested kids as possible, especially to those who are not exposed to volleyball in their own school. It is our way to unearth more volleyball talents in Singapore.
