Making with fresh .

Ingredients
1. Rose Brand Agar Agar powder × 2 packets
2. 1 whole fresh coconut milk
3. 8 tablespoon of white sugar.
4. a few Pandan leaves

Preparation
1. 8" round tray
2. 4 small bowls/tray
3. 1 soup pot

Part 1
- make 4 color fresh coconut milk agar agar
1. Pour fresh coconut milk & mixed with water to have total 800ml.
2. Pour the mixture into soup pot, add 1 packet Rose Brand Agar Agar powder & 4 tablespoon of white sugar & put to cook.
3. Use medium fire to cook mixture, keep on stirring when cooking to prevent mixture become lumpy.
4. Add some pandan leaves & keep on stirring till mixture cooked.
5. Pour 200ml mixture & add color than pour into the small bowl & repeat the rest for the other 3 color.
6. Put them in the fridge will take time to harden.
7. Cut into strips & then sliced into small pieces & put all into 8" round tray.

Part 2.
- making plain agar agar mixture.
1. Measure 800ml of water, mixed 1 packet of agar agar powder & 4 tablespoon of sugar into soup pot & put to cook.
2. Must keep on stirring the mixture and let it cooked till boil.
3. Just poured mixture into the tray with diced 4 color fresh coconut milk agar agar .
4. Let mixture cool down, than put into fridge.
Lastly, you can decorate up to your liking.
