Quite a shame we're running a game during the talk but do check Curious Chimeras out when you're attending Singapore Writers Festival!
Singapore Writers Festival is here for 2022, and the Chimeras are back with new events and programmes for festival goers!
Starting this Saturday, 8pm with All On the Table: Adapting Southeast Asian Myths to Games - a panel with Joaquin Kyle Saavedra and Cassandra Khaw, moderated by Dennet Krishnan of TableMinis. We'll be discussing how we've adapted regional folklore for our specialities and respective game audiences. The panel is covered in your festival pass, so see you on Saturday evening! (Co-presented with Singapore Book Council)
We're also running some TTRPG based on some well-loved Singapore literature! Chimera Shao will run a D&D 5e adventure based on the fantasy world of The Gatekeeper by Nuraliah Norasid, while Chimera Alanna will throwback to teenagehood and the good old '90s with a whodunnit mystery game inspired by Adrian Tan's The Teenage Textbook. These games are ticketed, with two separate games running on 12 and 19 Nov, so choose your date and purchase your ticket on the SWF website now! (Co-presented with Singapore Games Association - SGGA)
It's going to be a busy November! We'll see you at SWF!
