A few weeks ago I had my first maternity shoot. I remember feeling as nervous as I did with my first couple shoot as I had more experience in that style of photography. I was fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to explore a new style of photography with L, A, their little one Andre and Asher. Working with them to create this collection was such a breeze as they already had in mind ideas of what they wanted and shared it with me. The session filled me with nostalgia as I was reminded of a time not too long ago when I could sit on my dad’s shoulders as little Andre did.

In order to avoid any fines or complications from the authorities, do take note of safety measures during photoshoots that only groups of 5 are allowed, including our photographers and videographers!

Travel restrictions, extended quarantine, multiple postponements. None of it stopped this couple from seeing their solemnization through.

It may not have been the wedding which was planned, but with family, and most importantly with each other, they made it work anyway. It was our pleasure to shoot this home wedding.
