📢 Hoteliers say ENOUGH! Booking.com faces lawsuit.
More than 10,000 European hotels are suing Booking.com over high commissions and price restrictions.
According to the HOTREC association, Booking.com has been prohibiting hotels for years from offering guests lower prices than on their platform. This forces hotels to pay high commissions and lose control over their bookings.
“European hoteliers have long suffered from unfair conditions and excessive costs. Now is the time to unite and demand compensation,” says Alexandros Vassilikos, president of HOTREC.
