Fatmata Sarah Davies is one of Sierra Leone’s most prominent female entrepreneurs. She has been able to build her businesses from scratch and successfully transform them into enviable and respectable enterprises that attract national and international clients. She is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kaemon Company (Ltd), which runs and manages The View Lounge, Hotel, and Restaurant at the new Freetown City Council building in central Freetown. She is also the Owner and Founder of Kaemon Events and Rentals, one of Sierra Leone’s premier events planners and decorators.

In just over five years since she founded Kaemon Events and Rentals, she has been able to organize and co-create some of the country’s most talked-about events and functions. Her professionalism, coupled with her poise for perfection and high standards, has made her company a household name among the crème of Sierra Leonean society. She combines passion with precision. Her humility and graceful disposition with clients and business partners always ensure that previous customers yearn to come back for her business services.

Prior to her foray into entrepreneurship, Fatmata worked in the bank as a marketing executive. At Fourah Bay College (USL) during her undergraduate studies, she became a student leader and served as the Vice President of the Student Union government. She is a natural leader, a thoughtful and capable advocate, and a diligent manager. She works on her initiative and has strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with other members of a team.
