A• Max 8 leden per groep
Inbegrepen : Tent (3x6)ruimte + verdeling + verlichting
1xtafel & 5xstoelen

B• Opzetten en decoreren : donderdag & vrijdag van 16.00 uur tot 19.00 uur
Zaterdag van 13.00 uur tot 19.00 uur
Aanmelden bij de bar met registratie naam en tent nummer.
Op zondag 3 sept is er geen gelegenheid voor grote decoratie of aanpassingen in uw tent, kleine versieringen etc wel mogelijk vanaf 11.00 uur tot maximaal 12:00.
Auto’s worden niet toegelaten om naar binnen te gaan voor het laden en lossen van decoratie spullen.
U gaat door onze security en administratie checkpoint naar binnen .
Toegestaan om een ijsbox en water(1tray) fris(6flessen) mee te nemen
(geen alcohol bier en of sterke drank)
Bij aankomst worden uw tassen gecontrolleerd.

C• Reglement cookout:
1. Verkoop toegestaan
2. Max 3 doksen meenemen
3. Vlees vooraf hakken toegestaan, vooraf marineren niet toegestaan!!
4. Koken op tjhoela of gasbom of beide toegestaan
5. U krijgt 2 uren de tijd om uw doks klaar te maken (start13.00 uur)
6. De mooiste tent decoratie krijgt een aparte prijs (hoogste score )1-10
7. Bij beoordeling van het vlees word er gelet op presentatie: kleuren combinatie uiterlijke compositie score 1-10
Structuur : is het vlees gaar, sappig,taai score 1-10
Smaak : zout balans kerrie smaak en pittigheid score 1-10
Hygiene : netheid bij het koken van uw vlees score 1-10
(handschoenen muts schort kleding kookgerei etc)
8. Plate serving score 1-10 serveren van uw vlees
9. Totaal beoordeling van punt 7 en 8 worden opgeteld en dat word uw eindscore .
10. De organisatie haalt een a6 bakje bij elke deelnemer op om die af te staan aan de jury leden (deze weten niet van welk team zij beoordelen dat weet alleen 1 aangewezen persoon van de organisatie).
