💡 But why did we call it the "Awareness Symposium"? 🔦
Featuring a series of 5 engaging panel sessions, each designed to raise awareness on critical topics relevant to Suriname's energy sector, we aim to foster meaningful dialogue and collaboration.
🔹 Panel Structure:
Each panel will consist of up to 5 panelists, guided by a moderator. Sessions will last 60 minutes, with panelists allocated enough time to present their insights briefly, followed by a Q&A segment.
🔹 Goal:
Encourage active participation and ensure diverse perspectives are shared.
Provide capacity-building opportunities to the people of Suriname who are willing to be part of the country's development.
🔹 Key Inquiries Addressed by Panelists:
1. What specific issue are you or your company raising awareness about?
2. Why is this issue significant, and who does it impact?
3. What proposals do you have to address these challenges?
4. What is needed to take action?
After the symposium, we will compile a comprehensive document summarizing all proposals and action items discussed. This document will serve as a foundation for creating Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) among key stakeholders, ensuring accountability and commitment to executing the proposed actions.
This structured approach not only enhances awareness but also lays the groundwork for collaborative efforts toward sustainable development in Suriname.
