Like Seriously, You're Aclub Manager, Your Supervisor brings Some New Djz and Mc and before, who's responsible to deal with entertainment concerning djz, mcs to Work Teamly with the Resident Dj So as To Build Anight To Something Valuable,
Why Don't you Follow up and Approve Everything Even before Letting The Resident Dj to Set The Music System for The New Guest Djz?,
This is because it will not bring Confusion at the Time of Paying These Guest Dj & The Mc, It makes Nonsense to Leave Them to Work for Almost 6-7 Hours of Mixing and Hyping and then You say They were not Approved and that there's no money for them at the moment, π€,
You people You must Respect the people who put in their Energy Standing for hours while mixing, Spending alot of Money to Equip themselves with Mordern Dj gadgets, Spending money to download music online and you end up disappointing them...
Those are some of the few minor things that you don't consider seriously but they also contribute to the collapse or downfall of Your Clubs, These djs go through alot to be at every level you see them in and you make them suffer more,
Remember, everything you do in darkness, God is watching and trust me He will punish you in adifferent way.
When it comes to resident or house djs, Then that one is beyond.π

Being Underrated
Intimidation
Disrespected
Overworking with no allowance
Being Isolated
Poor Nutrition [Mulnutrition]
To mention but the few.
Finally,
Ahappy and comfortable dj at work place gives good service to customers interms of music, take it or deny it coz you will expect me to pull acrowd for ur business yet you dont make me happy like seriously.
Don't forget that all of them have families where they come from, they have responsibilities just like you.
