DAPGenç-DAPFest "DAPGenç-DAPFest" Doğu Anadolu Gençlik Festivali'nin kısa adıdır. "DAPGenç-DAPFest" T.C.

Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı tarafından 2012 Yılı Gençlik Destek Programı kapsamında finanse edilmiş ve başlatılmıştır. Uzundere Belediyesi tarafından yürütülen "DAPGenç-DAPFest" Uzundere Belediyesi tarafından 2014 yılından itibaren ise sosyal sorumluluk faaliyeti olarak devam ettirilmektedir.
