Chocolate Salted Caramel Hazelnut Entremet
This glazing technique is mainly used on entremets, which are simply put, French mousse based cakes, filled with layers of different flavors and textures (don’t worry we’ll come back to this a little later). 😁
The timing, temperature and quality ingredients is everyyyyything to perfect this glazing technique, but the finished product is worth it 😏😍
