This man is throwing garbage in the empty land in front of our office !!! This type of behavior must be stopped! This is a reflection of our society and its customs and practices- dengue breeds in items that may be in these type of uncontrolled disposal or waste etc. He could go to the dump ? Oh gosh !!!! Pathetic !!!!

Hi how are you guys …. We have restarted our wedding and events booking… if you have between 50-200 guests for a wedding, reception, party etc. Call us now for a booking asap as space is limited …

Reasonable prices - from $1500-$7500 rental and and we do cooking on site - so avoid food spoilage and have good quantities - we cook any type of food !

I do feel that people don’t understand what the dance hall regulations mean …. We cannot shut off music at a restaurant at 10:00 pm ! No restaurant can close at 10:00 pm and I personally live in a room next to this poolside! The music was checked and it was reduced even at 10:00 pm…
This neighbor is now being unreasonable and she is complaining of all music …. So that a case may be made about our restaurant license …. No other nearby neighbors are complaining! Also l sent my phone and email! We are recording the dB levels now and asking our customers to fill out a survey at the end of their restaurant visit!

There seems to be confusion about what the dance hall regulations and any relevant restrictions mean and to distinguish between conference/event and restaurant operations in Zone 3 of the EMA areas for commercial businesses !!!!

A number of persons are calling to find out if their booked weddings must end at 10:00 pm -
The answer is NO.

This only pertains to large fetes outside the soundproof ballroom and lounges like carnival fetes: all inclusive fetes etc with large bands and DJs etc.

Weddings; sweet sixteen parties : showers : Parang: karaoke will not end at 10:00 pm as they are part of the restaurant & conference & event hall operations at docs ranch - Much like a hotel - where these events are held in the ballrooms with live bands etc .

Don’t mix up the two type of events -

We will host seven large events per year that will all be held on Fridays : Saturdays and non-religious public holidays … and that will end at 10:00 pm ….

These will be events like cooler fetes: outdoor parang : bazaars : charitable fund raisers : poolside parties like Hawaiian: Back in Times: and carnival fetes or independence fetes etc.
