When the bride and father dance is “Savannah Grass” you set the tone for an epic celebration….There’s always a favorite moment of each wedding I’m a part of and for me this was it!…oh and the impromptu rap serenade by groom, his dad and brothers. That’s was pretty epic! Boy did this wedding have vibes ALL night long!

I met Suzette & Dexter when they flew in the week of their wedding. After months of emails and WhatsApp messages it was great to meet these two smitten lovebirds ❤️
Thanks to for accommodating their friends and family that flew in to join them, and for the fabulous rooftop rehearsal soirée.

3 years in the making! Jazz & Andrew have been planning their wedding since 2019 but COVID hit and plans were postponed…a few times. Despite having an intimate marriage abroad during COVID lockdown, they lamented on whether to still have a trini celebration after all the COVID craziness settled. Fast forward to last weekend and they made up for it with the sweetest personalized vow renewal among friends and family, with breathtaking views and simple tropical decor, a raving fete, delicious food and an awesome dj.

Sleeves are trending in 2022!
My personal favorite are detachable sleeves and double Watteau trains ❤️ featured in this Cosmobella Gown .
Styles trending across the globe feature all kinds of sleeves, from flared and flutter to bell and bishop. There is a style for everyone so if you prefer smaller sleeves you may lean towards caps or maybe along the lines of the Bridgerton inspired small puffs. However if you like a more bohemian style then you may like a flared or tiered sleeve or fitted long sleeve. For the more dramatic sleeves we are seeing oversized puffs, bell, bishop and lots of detachable looks that allow you to have a second look without having to buy an entirely new dress. Sleeves have become a functional accessory that just might stick around for a while.

They live together, they work together and on their 10th anniversary they finally tied the knot after waiting 768 days after getting engaged!
All the waiting and all the changes just fade away in the blink of an eye and now they start their next chapter 🎉🎉🎉

COVID restrictions and craziness caused Ross & Becky to postpone their date twice, changed church & venue the week before so it hasn’t been a stress free journey, but on a perfect Friday afternoon, on their 10th anniversary it all came together❤️

So at last nights wedding, a guest was quite impressed when I pulled out my tide stain remover to rescue her silk chiffon dress! Then she asked, “what else in in that bag of tricks you carry around” - and here it is……
Tic-tacs, sewing kit, perfume, lipgloss, tide stain remover, sharpie pen, plasters, Panadol, safety pins, hair pins, hair bands, piriton, tissues, scissors, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, mask, some cash and my bank card.

Being organized is not by accident. Being organized means I’m prepared for whatever the bride or any guests may need.

Last wedding for 2021. Wshing Lauren & Gregory all the laughter and smiles for years to come.

With every ending, there’s a new beginning. Life doesn’t always go as planned, a tough lesson we’ve all learned over the last two years. Lauren and Gregory’s wedding day unfortunately coincided with the same day as my sweet Gran’s funeral. I snuck away for an hour to capture their sweet love. My gran was always so proud of my work, I know that she’d have been proud of me on that day. Huge shoutout to Lauren and Greg for making that hour as smooth as possible. I truly appreciate you both 💛✨

My honest advice to anyone thinking of postponing is - not to.
Just do it! Keep your date, wear your dress and have a micro wedding because covid complicates plans and you just never know how things will be a few months from now.
You could always aim to celebrate in a bigger way later on, but life has a funny way of twists and turns so make the most of right now because tomorrow or next year is not guaranteed.
