Pelau is a Caribbean dish native to the beautiful isle of Trinidad and Tobago. Its a one pot dish that is made by stewing Chicken in browned sugar and adding pigeon peas, rice, freshly chopped and grounded green seasonings pimentos thyme bayleaves culantro garlic etc and notwithstanding coconut milk which is integral to this dish.the possibities are endless on what can be added to a pelau from carrots to corn.

Located in the town of Arima, Omeara South as he corrected me lol Master Ken runs a very unique high class barbering studio not only are the services top standard but he has invested in many tools to create a unique experience to all his customers. With hot towel trims , airbrushing services , microshading, brow tinting and ever barbering classes this Local businessman is setting himself apart. I opted to try the brow tinting service ...now here's the deal I trust absolutely No ONE with my eyebrows due to bad experiences they never get it right always too thin even though I specifically tell them how I want it and they always somehow remove my unibrow even though I specifically say i don't want it removed but not Ken he paid attention to all my request and me made my visit a memorable one ...let me just place special emphasis on the dope reclining barber chair I laid back and closed my eyes while the service was being provided it was sooooo comfortableI kid you not almost fell asleep.
