Established in 2009 & 2007, both Moments by Diane & Divine Elegance Wedding & Events Soiree, have created numerous one-of-a-kind experiences ranging from Weddings, Anniversaries, Parties, and Corporate Events respectfully. We have re-branded our services by joining two industry standard professionals, Mrs. Ziska Goodridge-Taylor & Mrs. Diane Murren-Neale into a powerful brand, which is now known, as Neale & Taylor Wedding & Events.
