November is Diabetes Month, this year's theme - 'Diabetes Management - It Takes a Team'

There are so many who either have complications as a result of diabetes, know someone who has diabetes or may just be at risk of getting diabetes. It Doesn't have to be a lifelong disease though it is a lifestyle choice.

The National Wellness Centers will be having a Health & Wellness fair on Sunday 30th October at Bon Air West Community Centre . Dr. Peter Neptune, will be doing two presentations at 10 am and 2 pm, a great opportunity for people to learn about the facts and myths of Diabetes - Admission is free.

Here is a snippet from the Morning Brew on what to expect. Come. find out more information on how you to could life healthier and get support. Without your village, diabetes can be a hard battle to fight.
