Our story

The business was started in July 2017 as a result of ‘Baker Jo’s’ passion for baking and for trying new recipes.

Initially, a small range of items were offered, including coconut bake and sweet bread.

The variety of items offered continued to grow and we now provide Blueberry zucchini bread, pumpkin bread, cookies, pies (potato, chicken and beef) , homemade dinner rolls, pizza and bread sticks, snack boxes, and much more.

Seasonal goodies like fruit cake are also available.

For the health conscious clients we do offer eggless options such as carrot cake and pumpkin bread.

Our snack boxes consist of a sandwich, mini pizza, baked potato pie and a slice of cake and we can prepare a minimum of 10 boxes for personal orders. Our snack boxes are also used by offices for breakfast meetings and with large orders, a free bottle of water accompanies each box. Please note that the combination in the snack box can be adjusted to facilitate your needs.

And we don’t leave out man’s best friend! We provide dog cookies which are made with peanut butter, pumpkin, whole wheat flour, cinnamon and eggs. For those dogs with allergies to eggs, we substitute an egg replacer.

It is preferred that orders are placed at least 3 days in advance as items are freshly baked. Very large orders would need to be called in earlier.

A delivery service is offered to offices, business places and homes on request.

The business is also showcased at the South Market on a monthly basis and the main venue for this Market is at the Naparima Boys’ College Auditorium in San Fernando. We try to launch a new product at each Market.
